1. Job Responsibilities
1. Precise customer acquisition, focusing on VCC core customer groups: Relying on industry resources, deeply cultivate cross-border e-commerce, independent sites, Google/FB/TikTok advertising, overseas SaaS subscriptions, business travel, foreign trade enterprises, channel agents, and other VCC essential customers, independently develop new clients, explore card opening & recharge consumption needs, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
2. Full-process business implementation: Follow the entire chain from customer connection, demand exploration, solution explanation, business negotiation to contract signing, account opening, and card issuance, flexibly customize VCC payment solutions, and quickly facilitate the first order landing and continuous recharge consumption.
3. Deepen existing clients and explore incremental revenue: Maintain long-term cooperation with signed clients, regularly follow up on usage, deeply explore clients' multi-scenario needs and referral resources, and continuously enhance clients' monthly recharge GMV and cooperation depth.
4. Channel ecosystem building: Develop industry channels, service providers, and peer partners, achieve bulk customer acquisition through resource exchange, and expand diversified cooperation models to amplify business scale.
5. Market information accumulation: Follow VCC payment industry dynamics, competitor policies, and customer pain points, synchronize feedback for product optimization suggestions, and collaborate with product, risk control, and operations to optimize business implementation efficiency.
2. Job Requirements (Hard Skills Preferred + Soft Traits)

1. 1 year or more of practical experience in VCC virtual card/cross-border payment business development, with existing customer resources in advertising agency, cross-border e-commerce, channel parties, etc., being a core advantage for quick deal closure;
2. Familiar with VCC card opening, recharge, risk control, and card BIN basic logic, understanding overseas advertising payments, cross-border deductions, and other product application scenarios, and knowledge of basic industry compliance rules;
3. College degree or above, no specific major required, experience in payment companies, card issuing platforms, or cross-border service providers preferred.
