Position Overview
InitVerse, a leading Web3 SaaS and public blockchain platform powered by INIChain—a privacy-first, scalable and high-performance chain leveraging TfhEVM and dynamic adjustment mechanisms—is seeking a seasoned Event & Partnerships Coordinator. You'll support global ecosystem events, both virtually and in-person, as part of InitVerse’s community outreach and ecosystem growth efforts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support online & offline events, including but not limited to:
a. Global meetups, AMAs, conferences
b. Partnerships and ecosystem collaboration events
c. Provide logistical support (venue, travel arrangements, setup, coordination)
Handle pre-event outreach and promotion across channels
Attend and represent InitVerse at selected offline events, possibly involving some travel
Help facilitate smooth communication between InitVerse and ecosystem partners
Requirements
Native English, fluent in Chinese
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the blockchain industry
Strong knowledge of public blockchain infrastructures, especially public chains and their ecosystems
Experience or familiarity with Payment Finance (PayFi)—the integration of payments and decentralized finance (DeFi), enabling fast, efficient, real-world payment flows and capital utilization
Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills
Proven track record organizing and executing both virtual and physical blockchain events
Willingness and flexibility to travel and coordinate onsite logistics when needed
