Job description
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
2. At least 10 years of project management experience, with preference given to those with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
3. Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams.
4. Extensive experience in agile development, familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
5. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and efficiently adjust tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with experience managing teams or project members.
7. Outstanding organizational management skills, with attention to detail and time management.
8. Preference for candidates with a technical background (such as experience in R&D) who can communicate effectively with development teams.
9. PMP, CSM, or other project management-related certifications are preferred.
