Job description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing blockchain data to identify anomalous cases;
- Tracking and leading forensic investigations into real cryptocurrency theft/fraud/market manipulation cases;
- Researching vulnerabilities and security issues related to blockchain/contracts;
- Writing industry or academic research reports/papers;
- Collaborating with the development team to optimize blockchain data collection and threat identification;
- Working with internal/external partners to respond to incidents.
Key requirements:
- A bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in blockchain security, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- A strong publication record at top industry or academic conferences is highly valuable.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with blockchain monitoring/forensic tools and analysis platforms.
- Understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
- Experience in security or risk control is preferred.
