Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ In-depth project research: Scan core sectors such as DeFi, L1/L2, AI+Crypto, and produce high-quality in-depth analysis reports and investment recommendations.
2️⃣ On-chain data mining: Proficient in using tools like Dune, Nansen, Glassnode to track smart money dynamics and analyze the true operational status of protocols.
3️⃣ System logic empowerment (core): Assist the technical team in refining the investment research system. Transform complex business logic (such as token models, liquidation mechanisms, protocol revenue calculations) into technically feasible rules.
4️⃣ Intelligence tracking and translation: Maintain high-frequency information sources (Twitter, Discord, Mirror) and quickly convert fragmented English community information into structured Chinese investment research points.
5️⃣ Valuation model construction: Establish and maintain multi-dimensional valuation comparison models for core tracked projects, including cash flow, FDV, TVL, etc.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Industry experience: 2-4 years of in-depth experience in the crypto industry, having gone through complete bull and bear cycles, with a keen perception of market sentiment.
2️⃣ Investment research foundation: Possess a rigorous investment research framework, not overly reliant on narratives, able to deconstruct projects from multiple dimensions such as data, token economics, and governance models.
3️⃣ On-chain native: Deep DeFi user, familiar with various protocol interaction logics, able to independently understand transaction hashes and basic contract logic.
4️⃣ English proficiency: Excellent reading and listening skills in English, able to read English technical white papers and listen to overseas podcasts without barriers.
5️⃣ Systematic thinking: Skilled in summarizing and able to transform scattered analytical processes into standardized workflows (SOP), which is crucial for us to build an AI investment research system.
