Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Project Management:
- Responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating development, testing, and operations teams to ensure timely project advancement;
- Develop project plans, monitor task progress, and promptly identify and resolve issues hindering project advancement;
2️⃣ Defect Tracking:
- Responsible for tracking and managing product defects (Bugs), ensuring timely fixes and deployments;
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze and locate issues, driving problem resolution;
3️⃣ Product Testing:
- Design test cases based on product requirements, conducting functional testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing;
- Conduct comprehensive testing before product launch to ensure product quality and stability;
4️⃣ Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain efficient communication with product managers, developers, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment;
- Organize technical discussions and project review meetings to summarize experiences and improvement measures;
5️⃣ Document Management:
- Write and maintain project management documents, test reports, and issue tracking records;
- Proactively summarize technical and project experiences, forming knowledge accumulation and team sharing;
6️⃣ Monitoring and Feedback:
- Use monitoring tools (such as Sentry) to collect online issues and error logs, driving problem improvement and optimization.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field;
2️⃣ 2-4 years of technical product management (TPM) or development experience, with full-stack or backend development background preferred;
3️⃣ Familiar with project management processes and agile development practices, capable of effectively driving task implementation;
4️⃣ Familiar with bug tracking management, able to use tools (such as JIRA) for defect tracking and management;
5️⃣ Experience in product testing, familiar with test case design and defect verification processes;
6️⃣ Basic Linux operations skills, able to perform simple server checks and log analysis;
7️⃣ Familiar with the configuration and use of monitoring tools (such as Sentry), able to monitor project status and issues in real-time;
8️⃣ Familiar with Git version management, able to participate in code management and change tracking;
9️⃣ CET-6 or above in English, with good reading and writing skills, able to fluently understand technical documents;
🔟 Quick learning ability, willing to accept and apply new technologies and concepts, open to technological innovation;
1️⃣1️⃣ Goal-oriented, able to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, with strong stress resistance;
1️⃣2️⃣ Proactive in summarizing, able to quickly solve project issues using technical and management skills;
1️⃣3️⃣ Good teamwork and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility and execution.
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Graduated from a 211 or 985 university preferred;
2️⃣ PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred;
3️⃣ Experience in managing Google Cloud or AWS environments;
4️⃣ Technical development background, able to understand and follow technical implementation details;
5️⃣ Familiar with CI/CD automation deployment processes and tools;
6️⃣ High scores in TOEFL or IELTS preferred, with excellent English communication skills.
