Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Assist the product owner in demand analysis and user research, collect and organize user feedback, and extract core requirements.
2️⃣ Write PRD (Product Requirement Document), clarify functional requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are clear and executable.
3️⃣ Use prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Mockplus, etc.) to create wireframes and interactive prototypes, supporting product design reviews.
4️⃣ Responsible for internal communication and coordination, promote cross-department collaboration, ensure timely information synchronization and quick problem resolution.
5️⃣ Assist the product owner in project management, track product progress, identify risks and provide timely feedback to ensure project delivery on time.
6️⃣ Participate in product reviews, closely collaborate with development and design teams, and follow up on product development progress and quality.
7️⃣ Conduct functional testing and acceptance, record and track bugs, and work with the development team to ensure product quality.
8️⃣ Assist in competitive product research and data analysis, support product decision-making and optimization direction.
9️⃣ Write and maintain product documentation, participate in team knowledge sharing, and consolidate product experience.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor’s degree or above, priority given to graduates from 985/211 universities.
2️⃣ Possess product thinking, able to consider problems from the user's perspective, and understand the entire product development process.
3️⃣ Able to independently write PRD documents with clear structure and complete logic, accurately conveying product requirements.
4️⃣ Proficient in using at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Axure, Mockplus, etc.), capable of creating professional wireframes and interactive prototypes.
5️⃣ Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand new businesses and concepts, proactive in learning and self-improvement.
6️⃣ Strong communication skills, able to clearly express ideas and viewpoints, good at asking questions and obtaining key information.
7️⃣ Possess good logical thinking and problem analysis skills, able to think systematically and handle complex issues.
8️⃣ Team collaboration skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
