Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the planning of Momentum's core Web3 product line, including CLMM, ve3,3, veTokenomics, DeFi incentives, financial derivatives, prediction markets, ve3,3 model, and other functional modules;
2️⃣ Develop product strategies and growth directions (TVL, trading depth, user retention) based on market trends, on-chain data, and competitive research;
3️⃣ Continuously optimize the DeFi product experience: trading paths, liquidity addition processes, yield displays, voting & incentive experiences, promoting usability, understandability, user guidance, and continuous improvement of interface logic;
4️⃣ Closely track industry developments, continuously analyze the Crypto ecosystem (Perp, TGL, LRT, Points, Aggregator, new AMMs), and quickly form strategic recommendations;
5️⃣ Responsible for full-cycle product management, collaborating with R&D/design/operations/BD to ensure high-quality implementation of the roadmap;
6️⃣ Responsible for the medium to long-term maintenance of the product: mechanism iteration, parameter optimization, performance enhancement, risk control/MEV/slippage, and other experience details;
7️⃣ Possess a research spirit for underlying mechanisms, able to understand the mathematics, logic, resource flow, and systemic impacts behind the models;
8️⃣ Drive problem-solving, coordinate resources, manage project progress, and ensure the healthy operation of product rhythm;
9️⃣ As the product lead, maintain professional communication with partners to promote integration and joint activities;
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Must have over 5 years of product experience, with at least 3 years of experience in DeFi or crypto-native products;
2️⃣ Familiar with core DeFi elements such as CLMM, ve3,3, farming, staking, voting incentives, liquidity mechanisms, prediction markets, and financial derivatives;
3️⃣ Strong data analysis skills (able to understand on-chain data structures, indicator systems, growth models), capable of analyzing user behavior, asset migration, pool health based on on-chain data, and proposing optimization solutions;
4️⃣ Strong execution ability and ownership, able to create a closed loop from strategy to implementation, goal-oriented, efficiency-focused, with strong self-drive and systematic thinking ability;
5️⃣ Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate with global ecosystem partners and understand technical documents fluently;
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Graduates from 211 or 985 universities preferred;
2️⃣ Familiarity with products and protocols in the SUI ecosystem preferred;
3️⃣ Familiar with on-chain interactions (not just as a trader), familiar with wallet interactions, on-chain asset management, protocol interaction logic, etc.;
4️⃣ Experience in designing token economic models, trading mechanisms, or incentive systems;
5️⃣ High scores in TOEFL or IELTS preferred, with excellent English communication skills.
