1. Over 5 years of experience in financial accounting/financial management, with team management experience;
2. Familiar with international and Chinese financial accounting standards, experience in multinational companies or Chinese enterprises is preferred;
3. Proficient in Excel and various financial software, with strong financial analysis and risk control capabilities;
4. Holding relevant professional certificates such as accountant/certified public accountant (ACCA) is preferred;
5. Good communication and coordination skills and leadership, able to collaborate across departments and promote business development.
📝Job Responsibilities📝
1. Fully responsible for the company's financial management, leading and guiding the accounting team, supervising daily financial accounting and report preparation;
2. Organize the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
3. Lead the company's budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control, regularly analyze budget execution and propose improvement suggestions;
4. Establish and improve financial internal control systems to ensure financial operations are compliant, secure, and efficient;
5. Provide financial analysis support for the company's business decisions, including investment analysis, fund planning, risk assessment, etc.;
6. Liaise with external institutions such as auditing, taxation, and banks, coordinating and ensuring the smooth progress of related work;
7. Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to enhance financial management levels and overall team effectiveness.
