Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of VIP events, planning and executing online activities, regularly monitoring and analyzing event data, making targeted strategy adjustments, and reviewing event effectiveness;
Responsible for the production of materials and user outreach promotion for various VIP benefits, monitoring the data effectiveness after the launch of each benefit;
Assist in planning and executing VIP user acquisition, retention, and reactivation operations to achieve growth in various metrics;
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in user operations or event operations preferred;
Strong team collaboration awareness, able to independently handle operational requirements and conduct reviews;
Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze data effectiveness from various dimensions, extract and produce conclusions;
Strong summarization skills, comprehension skills, and quick learning ability.
