Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the overall UI design of the company's products, possessing interactive thinking, able to independently and efficiently complete UI design for both APP and PC platforms, adhering to unified design specifications, and having experience in building and maintaining Figma component libraries;
2️⃣ Continuously optimize user experience and interface details based on ensuring product aesthetics and usability, driving continuous upgrades in product experience;
3️⃣ Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions, follow up on launch testing, and possess the ability to manage the entire project process;
4️⃣ Possess operational visual design skills, able to independently complete designs for event pages, H5 pages, etc., and assist illustrators with UI and graphic layout;
5️⃣ Actively explore and apply new design tools and AI-assisted design software to improve design efficiency and output quality;
6️⃣ Participate in the construction of design systems and component libraries, work with the team to refine design specifications, and promote modularization and visual standardization;
7️⃣ Candidates with basic motion design skills (such as AE, Rive, Lottie, etc.) will be given priority.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in visual communication, industrial design, animation, fine arts, or related art fields; excellent aesthetic sense in graphics, layout, and color;
2️⃣ More than three years of UI/UX design experience in internet or software products, familiar with iOS / Android / Web design specifications;
3️⃣ Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Sketch, PS, AI;
4️⃣ In-depth understanding of user experience, with experience in mature product implementation or representative project cases;
5️⃣ Good communication, collaboration, and project promotion skills, able to execute efficiently in a multi-team collaborative environment;
6️⃣ Passionate about design, attentive to trends, eager to explore new tools and cutting-edge design concepts, with continuous self-motivation and creative enthusiasm. Innovative and exploratory, with AI-assisted creative capabilities (such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, etc.).
