Job Title: Follow-up/Strategy Operations
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the follow-up function and strategy trading module, formulating and executing user growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and activation;
2. Collect user feedback, collaborate with product and technical teams to promote product function optimization and iteration, enhancing product usage and user satisfaction;
3. Monitor data related to follow-up/strategy trading, regularly produce analysis reports and provide optimization suggestions, track industry product trends and competitor movements, and timely adjust operational strategies to maintain competitive advantage;
4. Utilize data analysis to explore user behavior characteristics and optimize user segmentation operational strategies;
5. Develop marketing promotion plans and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the brand awareness of follow-up/strategy trading functions;
Qualifications:
1. Over 1 year of experience in the web3 industry, with relevant experience in follow-up or strategy trading operations;
2. Excellent user growth and product optimization experience, familiar with operational methods such as user acquisition, retention, and activation;
3. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to efficiently promote cross-departmental cooperation;
4. Results-oriented, with strong stress resistance and execution ability;
