Job description

1. Responsible for the expansion and operation of the exchange's derivatives business in the Chinese-speaking market, developing quality channels, institutions, studios, communities, KOLs, high-net-worth retail investors, and other traffic resources, achieving regional trading volume, revenue, and new channel annual and monthly performance targets.
2. Independently carry out the entire process of business work, including client discovery, business negotiations, customized cooperation plans, rebate policy coordination, contract signing, and joint event planning and execution, building a complete business cooperation system and channel matrix in the Chinese-speaking region.
3. Responsible for the in-depth maintenance of existing clients and channels, regularly following up on channel operations, optimizing cooperation models, deeply exploring client trading volumes, enhancing channel activity, user retention, and trading scale, continuously amplifying regional market performance.
4. Continuously research the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market in the Chinese-speaking region, competitor recruitment policies, channel strategies, user needs, and industry trends, regularly outputting market reviews, competitor analyses, and business optimization plans, iterating regional customer acquisition and operation strategies.
5. Strictly comply with the compliance requirements of each region, standardize business cooperation models, control business risks, synchronize performance data, cooperation progress, and market dynamics to headquarters, and cooperate with cross-departmental collaboration to promote business implementation.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above
2. Industry trading experience + KOL resources
3. Willing to accept challenges and able to accept a responsibility-based salary
