1. Job Responsibilities
1. Channel strategy planning and system building (core)
Lead the formulation of the medium to long-term development strategy for exchange channels, annual operational indicators, and breakdown for implementation; build a layered channel structure and standardized cooperation service processes, and establish a scalable channel operation model.
2. Domestic and overseas channel development and resource layout
Coordinate the expansion of high-quality channels both domestically and internationally, connect with leading agents, quantitative teams, asset management institutions, and overseas communities for in-depth cooperation; design differentiated investment attraction and incentive policies, optimize channel structure, and continuously accumulate a high-quality channel resource pool.
3. Refined operation implementation to drive revenue growth
Implement refined operation plans for existing channels, activate existing resources through channel empowerment and special incentives, enhance channel activity and trading output, reduce customer acquisition costs, and explore individual user value to achieve revenue growth from existing resources and breakthroughs in incremental growth.
4. Channel growth activity planning and implementation
Customize exclusive growth activities for channels based on market conditions to drive new trading volume; iterate operational strategies based on domestic and overseas regulatory and market changes, relying on data reviews to establish standardized growth SOPs, ensuring steady growth of contract business.
5. Comprehensive channel risk control and compliance management
Overall control of operational risks such as order brushing, illegal recommendations, and public complaints, collaborate with risk control and legal departments to improve compliance management systems, properly handle channel disputes and violations, ensuring compliant business operations.
6. Team building and standardized management
Responsible for building the channel team, cultivating a talent pipeline, implementing work standards, data ledgers, and connection SOPs; establish a performance evaluation system to create a high-performance operation team, steadily improving team efficiency and overall capacity.
7. Data analysis and strategy iteration optimization
Summarize and review core operational data, accurately assess business status; dynamically optimize channel policies, resource allocation, and growth plans based on data, ensuring the achievement of annual revenue and trading volume targets.
2. Job Requirements (emphasizing overall coordination ability)
1. Professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above, over 5 years of practical experience in all-channel operations at an exchange, over 3 years of comprehensive team management experience, has fully managed CEX channel full-cycle projects, and possesses mature and implemented business growth cases.
2. Planning and operational capabilities: Thorough understanding of B-end channel ecology and partner needs, proficient in full-link channel operations; capable of top-level planning for building channel systems from 0 to 1 and scaling up, able to independently formulate growth plans and implement quality trading traffic.
3. Industry resource reserves: Deeply engaged in the crypto trading field, holding high-quality resources such as leading domestic and overseas agents, quantitative studios, asset management, trading guilds, and KOLs, can quickly implement business cooperation, effectively enhancing platform trading volume and revenue.
4. Data risk control literacy: Skilled in data analysis reviews and plan optimization, accurately controlling channel input-output; familiar with compliance red lines and operational risks across all categories of channels, possessing risk prediction and overall handling capabilities.
5. Comprehensive soft skills: Excellent business negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and overall coordination awareness, strong sense of goals, able to withstand high-intensity work; adaptable to the fast-paced work environment of the industry, with overseas operation experience.
