Job description
Operational Strategy Development: Responsible for planning operational strategies for VIP user connection, retention, recall, activation, and conversion scenarios, and formulating user segmentation and refined operational plans.
Data Analysis and Business Insights: Continuously observe user behavior, trading data, and AM KPI achievement, identify business problems and growth opportunities, and develop targeted improvement plans.
Task Management and Implementation: Coordinate with the RM team to release operational tasks, clarify execution goals and strategies, and track task progress, completion status, and execution quality.
Effect Review and Optimization: Regularly review operational strategies and activity effectiveness, consolidate effective SOPs and best practices, and continuously optimize operational efficiency and business results.
