Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Industry and Stock Research Analyst Intern (Fintech / Blockchain / AI / Rare Earths, etc.)
2️⃣ Industry and Company Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of key industries and leading companies, track narratives, products, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to form a certain investment logic.
3️⃣ Utilize AI tools to enhance research efficiency: Learn to use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, etc., to assist in data organization, financial report summaries, research report comparisons, and opinion integration.
4️⃣ Build research models and valuation analysis: Learn to construct company financial models (DCF, comparable valuation, regression analysis, etc.), participate in company valuation and event-driven analysis, and understand "the story behind the numbers."
5️⃣ Write research briefs and present results: Participate in weekly team seminars, share industry insights, write short stock comments or industry notes, and collaborate with the investment team to build a research system.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Work Schedule: Commitment of at least 4 days per week, with an internship duration of no less than 4 months.
2️⃣ Solid academic foundation and strong desire to learn: Background in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related fields; familiarity with investment and valuation logic in the context of macro narratives, with experience in investment banking, brokerage, or fund research internships preferred.
3️⃣ Strong curiosity about emerging industries: Maintain curiosity about cutting-edge fields such as AI, blockchain, rare earths, and Fintech, and be willing to learn through the entire process of "understanding technology → discovering companies → establishing logic → drawing conclusions."
4️⃣ Proficient in using tools and data: Skilled in using tools like Excel or Python, interested in AI research assistants, and willing to explore new research methods.
5️⃣ Clear expression, logical reasoning, and willingness to share: Able to express complex logic in concise language, eager to present ideas within the team, and discuss research findings with others.
