Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Event Planning and Program Design
- Responsible for the overall design and implementation of global activities based on project concepts
- Transform project concepts into low-barrier, high-participation activity formats
- Plan suitable activity rhythms
- Collaborate with the content team to complete activity planning, task systems, and narrative design
2️⃣ Community Operations and User Growth
- Activate participation and discussion in global AI/Web3 communities
- Design appropriate activity mechanisms to enhance participation depth
- Organize interactive activities such as AMAs, live broadcasts, and discussion forums
- Establish growth and participation metrics and continuously optimize
3️⃣ Content Creation Collaboration and Dissemination
- Plan core content needed for activities (copywriting, announcements, gameplay instructions)
- Co-create a brand discourse system with the content team
- Promote cross-platform dissemination (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, etc.)
4️⃣ Cross-Team Collaboration and Resource Integration
- Coordinate with the technical team on activity systems and contract requirements
- Connect with media, KOLs, DAOs, and community partners to promote joint activities
- Align project goals and build a stable global communication matrix
5️⃣ Data Monitoring and Strategy Iteration
- Track activity data (conversion, retention, participation depth)
- Analyze user behavior and continuously iterate operational strategies
- Produce review reports and growth recommendations
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in independently planning activities or growth projects
2️⃣ Ability to translate complex concepts into content understandable by the public
3️⃣ Deep understanding of activity mechanisms, user psychology, and communication paths
4️⃣ Strong execution ability: capable of driving activities from 0 to 1
5️⃣ Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple resources
6️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above
7️⃣ 2–5 years of experience in operations, event planning, user growth, or Web3 community operations
8️⃣ Writing, content construction, and narrative skills
9️⃣ Familiarity with AI and Web3 culture
🔟 Experience in team leadership is preferred
1️⃣1️⃣ Bonus: Proficient in using LLM for collaboration (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc.)
1️⃣2️⃣ Bonus: Understanding of basic on-chain logic and smart contract mechanisms in Web3
