Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Product Planning and Design
- Responsible for the product planning and design of the exchange's core businesses (spot, contracts, wealth management, wallet, etc.) according to the company's strategy.
- Collect and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive products to form a product iteration roadmap.
2️⃣ Product Development and Delivery
- Produce complete PRD documents, user flows, and interaction designs.
- Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to ensure products are launched on time and with high quality.
3️⃣ Product Optimization and Growth
- Monitor product data and user feedback to continuously optimize features and experiences.
- Enhance user engagement, retention rate, and capital scale through feature iterations, process optimizations, and activity designs.
4️⃣ Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, marketing, risk control, compliance, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Balance user experience and business goals while meeting compliance and risk control requirements.
5️⃣ Innovation Exploration
- Track new industry trends (DeFi, NFT, RWA, on-chain derivatives, etc.) and assess their application value on the platform.
- Promote pilot projects for innovative products to enhance the platform's differentiated competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, finance, economics, or management.
2️⃣ Over 3 years of experience in internet/fintech/digital asset products, with experience in exchange or wallet products preferred.
3️⃣ Familiar with the business logic of cryptocurrency exchanges and understand core products such as spot, contracts, wealth management, and staking.
4️⃣ Strong product planning, requirement analysis, and project management skills.
5️⃣ Data-driven mindset, capable of guiding product optimization based on data analysis.
6️⃣ Strong communication, coordination, and cross-departmental promotion abilities.
7️⃣ Good logical thinking, learning ability, and stress resistance.
8️⃣ Proficient in English as a working language, with an international perspective preferred.
