Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for data analysis and indicator system construction related to user growth, tracking core metrics such as registration, activation, retention, and conversion.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments, quantifying the impact of strategies, pages, or channels on conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and propose optimization solutions.
- Evaluate the ROI of various channels (Affiliate, KOL, advertising, etc.) to provide data support for growth strategies.
- Produce data insights and analysis reports to support product and market decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python (pandas/numpy).
- Understanding of the AARRR growth model and A/B testing methods, with a basic foundation in statistical analysis.
- Experience in growth analysis for internet or trading platforms is preferred.
- Possess data sensitivity, logical thinking, and business insight, with the ability to independently identify problems and propose improvement directions.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Looker.
- Familiarity with user lifecycle analysis, attribution models, and channel ROI evaluation.
- Led or participated in actual growth experiments and produced quantifiable results.
