Job Responsibilities
1. Research and design team-level AI-assisted programming implementation plans, integrating large models, AI programming tools, and Agent frameworks to promote the intelligent transformation of development processes and establish reusable engineering methods and efficiency enhancement systems.
2. Lead the planning and implementation of AI programming and AI documentation solutions, drawing on advanced industry models to set quantifiable goals and execution paths, overcoming cognitive, skill, process, and cultural barriers.
3. Design and iterate AI programming solutions for high concurrency and high availability business scenarios, completing technical solution optimization and providing full implementation guidance.
4. Track technological trends in AI programming and Agentic AI, promote technological pre-research, innovation implementation, and team technical upgrades.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in at least two of Python/Java/Go, with experience in distributed and microservices architecture, capable of designing high-availability AI programming solutions in conjunction with business needs.
2. Familiar with advanced applications of AI programming tools such as Claude Code, with experience in Sub-agents design, prompt engineering, and AI refactoring of legacy code.
3. Experience in AI Agent development implementation, mastery of frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen, capable of designing multi-agent collaboration architectures and integrating them into engineering solutions.
4. Deep understanding of large model principles, proficient in applying technologies such as RAG and Function Calling, capable of solving complex technical issues in AI programming.
5. Possess cross-team collaboration and project management skills, able to coordinate resources to promote solution implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in AI Agent collaborative programming, secondary development of AI programming tools, or design of implementation solutions.
2. Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch, with experience in model fine-tuning and optimization.
3. Experience in technical evangelism, team training, or methodology development, capable of efficiently conducting relevant guidance.
4. Continuous attention to cutting-edge developments in the field, with technical blogs, open-source projects, or industry practice sharing.
5. Preference for candidates with relevant technical patents, open-source contributions, or experience in complete team implementation solutions.
