1. Product Planning and Design:
1. Able to lead and formulate detailed planning for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, Wallet, DeFi, etc.), including functional features, user experience, underlying logic, etc.
2. Write clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction processes, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring that product design meets user needs and market trends.
2. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
1. In-depth analysis of the dynamics of the market where Web3 products are located, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, policies, and regulations.
2. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, user feedback, etc.
3. Propose targeted product optimization plans based on market analysis results, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, user experience enhancement, etc.
4. Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market position.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of Web3 data and security foundational capabilities, including:
① Asset Data System Construction
Token/NFT data structure, field specifications, version system, and scalable design
Integration of multiple data source coin prices, self-built coin price service strategy
Output standardized APIs (assets, transactions, NFTs, etc.)
② On-chain Transaction Analysis and Visualization
Define cross-chain transaction structures, transaction types, and semantic display
Optimize transaction experience, visual interaction, and external data service models
③ Label System (Web3 background not required)
Candidates with backgrounds in data governance / risk control labels / content classification systems are accepted
Plan address, contract, asset, and risk label systems and rules
Participate in the construction of the label rule engine and backend (Tag Admin)
④ Web3 Security System Construction
DApp Security: Risk URL identification, domain governance, signature risk prompts
Contract Security: Authorization identification, factory contract analysis, risk contract classification
Address Security: Blacklist, exchange addresses, attacker address marking and governance
Integrate third-party security capabilities (GoPlus / QuickIntel / Honeypot, etc.)
⑤ Multi-chain and Node Capability Planning
Promote Solana / EVM / BTC / Layer2 and other chains
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience in cryptocurrency wallet products, with successful Web3 product experience.
In-depth understanding of the basic principles of various cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., HD, MPC, AA, hardware wallets, etc.). Prior experience in formulating wallet key encryption and decryption rules, building password systems, or establishing cloud backup systems in product design is preferred.
In-depth understanding of the working principles of mainstream decentralized trading protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Curve, Compound, PumpFun, etc.) and practical application experience. Prior experience in the design and development of core mechanisms for decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators, covering data acquisition and filtering, transaction routing generation, and order splitting is preferred.
In-depth understanding of the backend information flow and capital flow during the execution of smart contract transactions (e.g., exchange, send, authorization, etc.)
Requirements
Must have
More than 1 year of product experience (data, platform, fintech, security, or Web3 related is acceptable)
Ability to abstract underlying logic, capable of designing complex on-chain behaviors into explainable and reusable standards
Familiarity with API products, backend systems, rule governance, or data architecture is preferred
Bonus Points
Experience with wallets, risk control, security audits, on-chain analysis, or blockchain explorers
Familiarity with any chain ecosystem (EVM / Solana / Cosmos / Aptos, etc.)
