Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the demand research, planning, and actual implementation of trading platforms and financial derivatives businesses;
2. Focus on the business trends of homogeneous products in the industry and identify core needs;
3. Collect user and internal company feedback, continuously update and iterate products based on the company's business planning;
4. Effectively communicate with R&D, testing, operations, and other departments to ensure their full understanding of the product and promote product launch;
5. Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve the product, and address user pain points.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with the financial platform field, must have a background in derivatives;
2. Over 5 years of product management or related work experience, must have a financial background;
3. Sensitive to user experience, able to consider product design ideas from the user's perspective;
4. Master demand analysis methods and processes, possess product prototype presentation skills and PRD writing skills;
5. Have a clear product vision, ability to grasp the overall product, and strong detail design capabilities;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and high stress resistance.
