Job description
- Responsible for comprehensive review of users' account information, deposits and withdrawals, trading behavior, and fund flows on the exchange, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies of the exchange.
- Conduct in-depth investigations of suspicious trading activities, collect evidence, form investigation reports, and propose handling suggestions based on the circumstances.
- Establish and improve risk control review processes, formulate relevant operational specifications, and train and guide review personnel.
- Work closely with the technical team to optimize review system functions and improve review efficiency.
Requirements:
- Familiar with on-chain analysis, trading analysis, and knowledgeable about perpetual contract trading.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills, able to quickly identify abnormal behaviors.
- Positive and optimistic, with good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate efficiently with collaborating departments.
- Detail-oriented and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
- Basic English proficiency.
There are a total of four shifts: Approximately 5 days a month will be scheduled for night shifts.
Day shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00
Night shifts: 19:00-03:00, 23:00-07:00
