【Core Responsibilities】
1. Lead the architecture of the risk control middle platform and decision engine, addressing system stability under high concurrency and low latency.
2. Deeply analyze black market chains, design a defense system based on device fingerprints and relationship graphs, achieving evolution from passive interception to active perception.
3. Build a full-link risk control data asset, integrating stream computing, feature engineering, and model deployment to enable data-driven real-time decision-making.
4. Responsible for core performance tuning, leading core code reviews, establishing and implementing technical standards for the risk control system, and researching and applying cutting-edge technologies such as AI agents and graph computing in the field of risk control.
【Job Requirements】
Background: Over 5 years of experience in internet/financial risk control, having led the architecture of at least one core risk control system from 0 to 1 or 1 to N evolution.
Technical: In-depth research on Java and microservices stack (Spring Cloud), proficient in tuning middleware such as Redis and MQ in extreme scenarios, practical experience with graph databases, capable of handling real-time risk decisions in complex relational networks.
Business: Deep understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or credit risk control, familiar with the engineering implementation of strategies and models.
Ability: Strong business abstraction ability, capable of breaking down core models in complex business scenarios, highly self-driven.
