Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the UI/UX design of the company's core products, deeply understanding business goals and user needs, independently completing the entire design process from requirement analysis, interaction design to visual delivery.
* Responsible for the overall redesign and experience optimization of the APP, including information architecture sorting, page layout adjustments, interaction flow reconstruction, and visual style upgrades, continuously improving product usability and user experience.
* Responsible for the design of the company's main site homepage and core business pages, possessing good brand expression, visual hierarchy, information communication, and conversion awareness, able to enhance page attractiveness and business performance through design.
* Strong interaction design ability, able to independently sort out user paths, business processes, page states, and exception scenarios, outputting clear, complete, and actionable interaction solutions.
* Deeply understand user usage scenarios, adept at identifying issues in existing products regarding operational efficiency, information organization, interaction feedback, and visual presentation, and proposing targeted optimization solutions.
* Establish and continuously optimize product design specifications and component libraries, unifying page styles, interaction rules, and design standards, enhancing the consistency and design efficiency of multi-page and multi-end product experiences.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams, participate in requirement reviews and solution discussions, able to propose design suggestions from the perspective of user experience and product goals, and promote high-quality implementation of solutions.
* Proficient in using prototypes, interaction specifications, and design annotations to express design solutions, ensuring accurate transmission of design intent and reducing misunderstandings during the development process.
* Continuously pay attention to UI/UX design trends, interaction patterns, and excellent product cases in the industry, proactively exploring more efficient, intuitive, and high-quality product design solutions.
Requirements
* More than 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design, with practical project experience in mature internet products.
* Strong interaction design ability, able to independently complete user flow sorting, information architecture design, page prototypes, and interaction solution design for complex business scenarios.
* Experience in complete APP redesign projects, able to clearly articulate the background of the redesign, core issues, design strategies, key solutions, and final effects, rather than just participating in visual optimization of a single page.
* Independent design experience of main site homepages or core business homepages, possessing excellent visual aesthetics, layout ability, information hierarchy control ability, and brand expression ability.
* Proficient in using mainstream design tools such as Figma, able to efficiently complete high-fidelity interfaces, interaction prototypes, component specifications, and design delivery.
* Good user experience awareness, able to analyze and solve product issues from the perspectives of user goals, operation paths, feedback mechanisms, and usage efficiency.
* Strong business understanding ability, able to balance visual performance, interaction experience, business goals, and technical implementation, outputting design solutions that consider both experience and feasibility.
* Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with product, development, and other related teams, proactively promoting the implementation of design solutions and following up on the results.
* Strong independent thinking and problem-solving ability, able to proactively analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive execution in situations where requirements are unclear or business changes rapidly.
* Portfolio must showcase representative real projects, reflecting personal contributions in interaction design, APP redesign, main site homepage design, and project implementation processes.
Bonus Points
* Experience in product design from 0 to 1, or leading complete APP redesign or product experience upgrade projects.
* Design experience in fintech, trading platforms, data platforms, or complex business systems.
* Strong motion and micro-interaction design ability, able to enhance product experience through reasonable state feedback, transition animations, and operation guidance.
* Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript, familiar with front-end development processes and related issues of design restoration.
* Experience in building design specifications, maintaining component libraries, or cross-platform design.
* Ability to continuously iterate design solutions based on user feedback, business data, or usability testing results.
* Good cross-team collaboration ability, with experience in remote collaboration or international product design.
