Job Responsibilities
Design and develop brand assets, including logos, font systems, color schemes, and visual guidelines, to reinforce a consistent brand image.
Create marketing and communication materials such as banners, social media creatives, roadshow scripts, infographics, event materials, and visual designs for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to provide design solutions that engage users and align with business objectives.
Translate complex concepts—especially those related to cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital finance—into clear, engaging, and visually impactful graphics.
Maintain high standards of visual design, ensuring all creative outputs meet high levels of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) to produce high-quality deliverables optimized for both digital and print contexts.
Research design trends and emerging creative methods to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in design or a related field, with over 3 years of brand design experience;
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma;
Strong aesthetic sense and excellent color control skills;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and remote team work environment;
Passionate about the future of cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital finance;
Experience in advertising agencies and strong English skills are preferred.
