Job Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Expand growth channels and partnership resources in English-speaking regions, including KOLs, communities, media, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators; 2️⃣ Maintain and deepen long-term cooperative relationships, promoting resource integration and cross-channel growth collaboration; 3️⃣ Track and analyze various promotion and collaboration data (exposure, interaction, conversion, etc.), propose optimization plans, and implement them; 4️⃣ Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and project teams to ensure growth strategies align with brand direction; 5️⃣ Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics, proactively discovering new growth opportunities and potential collaboration networks. Job Requirements: 1️⃣ Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of independently communicating with overseas project parties and partners; 2️⃣ Meet one of the following: IELTS 6.5+ / TOEFL 95+ / TEM-8 / or over 1 year of overseas study or work experience. 3️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited; friendly to fresh graduates; 4️⃣ Experience in Web3 / cryptocurrency / trading / overseas social media operations is a plus; 5️⃣ Goal-driven, data-sensitive, able to use Notion / spreadsheet tools to track data and ROI; 6️⃣ Clear logic, direct communication, and persuasive; able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
