Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the operation of Dex contract business.
2️⃣ Responsible for internal synchronization and training of Dex contracts and their derivative products.
3️⃣ Responsible for data analysis of Dex contract product operations and related market research, formulating corresponding adjustments based on market changes to effectively improve operational results.
4️⃣ Establish and improve the operational standards and processes for project products, with deep insights into standardized project operations, community operations, and product operations.
5️⃣ Based on user experience and operational data, define product optimization routes and directions, and communicate with the product research and development team.
6️⃣ Experience in contracts and on-chain transactions or product experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, relevant experience in blockchain operations, experience in contract usage, and understanding of contract operation mechanisms and product functions.
2️⃣ Familiar with the development trends of the blockchain industry, understanding the design, models, and marketing methods of different blockchain products.
3️⃣ Rich experience in blockchain product operations, in-depth research on the development of blockchain and its service applications, sensitivity to products and data operations, experience in data analysis, and ability to use relevant tools to analyze data and make correct judgments.
4️⃣ Understand users and user needs, focusing on user feelings and experiences.
5️⃣ Fluent in English is preferred.
