Job description
Responsible for formulating and achieving growth targets for ETF products, as well as developing and executing effective user operation strategies;
Coordinating and optimizing operational elements such as fund management, trading costs, and market quotes for ETF products;
Tracking the market performance of ETF products, analyzing trading conditions and liquidity, and providing optimization suggestions;
Assisting in promoting innovation and upgrades of ETF products to enhance market competitiveness;
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields;
More than 2 years of experience in ETF or fund operations, with experience in financial market operations preferred;
Familiar with the trading mechanisms, fund flows, compliance requirements, and other basic knowledge of ETFs;
Good data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and data analysis tools;
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing cross-departmental collaboration;
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with strong execution ability.
