Job Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating and executing community operation strategies, building a content ecosystem and user interaction system;
Enhance user posting rates, interaction rates, and retention through mechanisms such as events, tasks, points, and levels;
Develop content operation rhythms and thematic planning to maintain community engagement and quality discussions;
Establish and operate a core user and content creator system to promote UGC production and dissemination;
Monitor and analyze core community data (activity, retention, posting, interaction, etc.) to continuously optimize growth strategies;
Collaborate with product, marketing, branding, and other teams to drive alignment between community and business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in content or community operations;
Familiar with app-based community ecosystems and user growth logic, possessing data-driven thinking;
Possess content planning abilities and user insights, capable of guiding community atmosphere and topic direction;
Strong communication and project management skills, able to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
