Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the complete UI/UX design work of the Web3 exchange product, establishing and maintaining design specifications, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes.
2️⃣ Collaborate closely with the operations, product, and development teams to drive design implementation and ensure perfect design fidelity.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with over 3 years of UI/UX experience, proficient in Figma, familiar with design component systems, and capable of establishing rigorous design specifications, such as variables, Auto Layout, and interactive prototype systems.
2️⃣ Possess a deep awareness of competitive product research and independent user experience judgment ability, able to discuss user experience optimization directions and details with the product team, and maintain a commitment to avoiding actions that compromise the experience.
3️⃣ Have design sensitivity and innovative awareness, passionate about design, and eager to create products that amaze users.
4️⃣ Good work habits, a sense of responsibility, teamwork awareness, and a sense of collective honor; no lax habits, able to work independently without supervision, and focused in a remote environment.
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Rich experience in UI design for Web3 exchanges, traditional stock exchanges, and similar products.
2️⃣ Ability to create UI animations, experience in user growth initiatives (such as points, benefits, lotteries, VIP, and user acquisition projects), with a combination of UI, visual, and interaction skills.
