Job Overview
We need a highly sensitive and creative video editor who is well-versed in the rules of various social media platforms. The video editor will directly support the sales team by producing high-quality, high-frequency video content (including but not limited to live stream clips, product showcases, customer testimonials, etc.) to attract potential users on major social platforms (such as Douyin, WeChat Video, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- High productivity and efficiency: Able to ensure a stable output of video quantity and quality under fast-paced conditions, with strong stress resistance.
- Strong awareness of rules: Clear understanding of platform sensitive words and review red lines, able to effectively avoid compliance risks.
- Excellent online sensitivity: Understands what kind of content can attract attention, provoke interaction, and encourage sharing.
- Communication and comprehension: Able to quickly understand the intentions and needs of the sales team and translate them into video language.
Requirements:
Experience Background
- 1-3 years of experience in short video/new media video editing, with preference given to those with mature accounts or viral cases.
- Experience serving sales teams, growth teams, or content with conversion goals is preferred.
Platform and Content Understanding
- Familiar with the content mechanisms, recommendation logic, and user preferences of mainstream platforms (Douyin, WeChat Video, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, etc.).
- Able to differentiate editing and content packaging based on the characteristics of different platforms, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Editing and Production Skills
- Proficient in editing tools (such as PR / AE / Final Cut / Jianying Pro, etc.), with basic skills in color correction, subtitles, and sound effects processing.
- Good control over rhythm, shot language, and emotional tone of visuals, able to quickly capture the "first 3 seconds" of a video.
- Able to independently complete the entire process from material organization, editing to final output.
Data and Optimization Awareness
- Basic data awareness, able to continuously optimize editing and content formats based on metrics such as views, completion rates, and interaction rates.
- Willing to review and test different editing structures and content expression methods.
Compliance and Risk Awareness
- Familiar with platform review rules, sensitive words, and content red lines, with a high alertness to compliance issues.
- Able to proactively avoid compliance and traffic limitation risks while ensuring content attractiveness.
Communication and Execution Ability
- Strong comprehension skills, able to quickly digest sales/business needs and translate them into clear video expressions.
- Strong execution ability, timely feedback, able to deliver consistently under high-frequency demands and urgent timelines.

- Highly sensitive to social media content, with a habit of watching videos and analyzing viral trends regularly.
- Strong self-motivation and good stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-output work environment.
