Job description
Core Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete the full process design and production of high-level promotional videos for the brand, including creative conception, dynamic/static storyboard drawing, animation production, and post-production compositing.
2. Responsible for daily visual tasks, including post-production packaging for promotional event videos, UI interactive animation design, and product tutorial motion graphics.
3. Draw video storyboards and dynamic storyboards to clearly convey creative concepts and narrative rhythm.
4. Participate in team brainstorming sessions, provide visual solutions, and actively explore new animation styles and technical implementations.
5. Have visual design experience related to Web3 projects, capable of innovative visual expression that aligns with industry characteristics.
6. Continuously monitor industry trends, integrate new technologies and styles, and enhance the expressiveness and impact of video content.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 5 years of experience in video motion design, with the ability to independently produce high-quality promotional videos.
2. Proficient in design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3. Mastery of motion graphic design, MG animation, and video packaging, with solid visual storytelling and rhythm control skills.
4. Ability to draw professional video storyboards and dynamic storyboards, clearly conveying creative concepts.
5. Experience in video projects related to Web3, digital assets, or relevant technology fields, with an understanding and practice of industry visual language.
6. Strong exploratory spirit and innovative capability, able to continuously try new expression techniques and technical tools.
7. Good teamwork skills and multitasking ability, with high standards for quality and detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to illustrate or create dynamic illustrations, integrating various styles in creation.
- Understanding of 3D animation and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Web3 culture, crypto art, or metaverse visual expression.
- Experience in leading projects.
