Job description
**Job Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute video projects based on brand positioning, market trends, and content strategy, including short videos, long videos, promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, social media advertisements, etc.;
- Independently write video scripts/storyboards and control the visual style and tone;
- Shoot and direct filming, including lighting, composition, and actor/scene management (if offline shooting is required);
- Edit video content, including material organization, color correction, sound design, subtitles/visual effects/animation, and other post-production work;
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to control content direction and pace, ensuring video communication effectiveness and brand consistency;
- Track and analyze data feedback after video release (views, likes/shares/conversions, etc.), and optimize content format, editing, and packaging methods;
- Continuously follow new trends, tools, and special effects in video and short video/social media content, propose innovative forms, and put them into practice.
**Job Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Art, Media, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
2. 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing, with a mature portfolio (must be provided). Experience in building brands for overseas products is a plus.
3. Proficient in video shooting and editing, familiar with professional software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. Skills in color grading and 3D modeling are a plus.
4. Regularly browses short video content on platforms such as X, TikTok, Douyin, and WeChat Channels, and has their own ideas about video content presentation.
5. Able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality; skilled in time management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Able to think from the user's perspective, has strong material control abilities, and can propose novel visual/content ideas to create differentiated effects.
7. Good English skills, able to communicate basic information in written English. **Bonus Points**
- Experience in content operation on short video/live streaming platforms such as TikTok and YouTube;
- Familiarity with animation/motion graphics/VFX or basic 3D modeling/C4D skills;
- Experience in shooting B-roll footage, drone footage, or action shots;
- Ability to tell stories and experience in documentary/short film style production is a plus;
- Proficiency in video compression, encoding, and multi-platform adaptation (e.g., vertical screen, horizontal screen, different resolutions) workflows.
