Job Responsibilities
Core Product Design for Trading
Responsible for the design and iteration of trading products such as spot, contracts (perpetual/delivery), and financial derivatives.
Independently design the complete trading process: Order → Matching → Execution → Clearing → Risk Control → Asset Change.
Design of Trading Mechanisms and Rules
Design and optimize key trading mechanisms, including:
Margin system (cross-margin / isolated margin)
Liquidation mechanism / forced liquidation process
Risk limit model
Funding rate mechanism
Fee model (Maker / Taker / rebates, etc.)
Risk control and handling of extreme market conditions
Design mechanisms for handling abnormal market conditions (price spikes, insufficient liquidity, price deviations).
Participate in the design of risk control systems such as insurance funds and automatic deleveraging (ADL).
Optimize system stability and user experience during high volatility markets.
TradeFi / Financial Derivatives Product (Preferred Direction)
Participate in the design of derivatives products such as stocks and foreign exchange (e.g., CFD/contractual assets).
Design trading hours, halt mechanisms, price anchoring logic, etc.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with matching engines, clearing systems, risk control systems, and market-making teams.
Produce high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, state machines, and exception handling plans.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Experience with exchange products (spot / contracts at least one).
Familiar with the complete trading process: Order / Matching / Execution / Clearing / Asset Change.
Understanding of core trading concepts:
Leverage, margin, liquidation.
Long/short mechanisms.
Mark price / index price (contract direction).
Experience in finance/investment (preferred).
Priority given to candidates with any of the following experiences:
Design experience in financial investment products (e.g., funds, structured products, income-generating products).
Experience related to TradFi (stocks, foreign exchange, futures, CFDs).
Real trading experience (crypto / stocks / derivatives).
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)
Experience in one of the following modules:
Clearing systems.
Risk control systems.
Funding rate systems.
Market making / liquidity management.
Preferred background:
Involved in building an exchange from 0 to 1.
Familiar with DEX / on-chain trading.
Experience in quantitative trading.
