Job description
[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Responsible for the investment management of equity and fixed income fund products, utilizing AI agents and large model technology to conduct market investment analysis, target selection, and strategy construction, building and implementing a complete AI investment research system;
2. Responsible for the construction, iterative optimization, and historical backtesting of AI investment models and research agents, continuously refining the underlying investment decision logic to enhance the practical effectiveness of the models;
3. Based on the medium to long-term development of the industry, leverage AI tools to complete macro, industry, and individual stock data mining and in-depth analysis, identifying quality investment opportunities from a forward-looking perspective, selecting targets with long-term value and growth potential, and outputting investment conclusions and portfolio allocation plans;
4. Formulate fund investment portfolio strategies within the authorization scope of the investment decision committee, fully responsible for investment performance, monitoring portfolio performance, market liquidity, and component stock fluctuations in real-time, conducting daily trading execution, risk control, and performance attribution, strictly adhering to risk control and drawdown limits, continuously optimizing the practical operation effects of AI investment strategies;
5. Continuously track cutting-edge financial AI technologies and industry applications, promote the intelligent and digital upgrade of the entire investment research process, and implement innovative financial AI application scenarios.
6. Regularly conduct industry and listed company tracking research, maintain independent and rational judgment, avoid following trends in speculation, ensure effective internal and external communication and resource coordination, and guarantee the stable and compliant operation of fund products.
[Requirements]:
1. Bachelor’s degree (985/211) or above, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields; candidates holding professional certificates such as CFA or FRM will be given priority consideration.
2. 5 years or more of experience in buy-side investment research, quantitative investment, or fund management in the secondary market, possessing a mature and complete investment system and traceable real investment performance (involving US stocks, Asia, A-shares).
3. Solid AI investment research capabilities, familiar with core technologies such as LLM large models, RAG, AI agents, and practical experience in implementing financial AI strategies and research agent projects.
4. Proficient in Python programming, mastering investment research skills such as quantitative backtesting, data modeling, factor mining, and big data analysis; proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and various professional investment research tools.
5. Deeply engaged in at least one core investment track, possessing a strong foundation in industry research; combining traditional fundamental investment research logic with AI intelligent investment research thinking, highly sensitive to capital markets, results-oriented, and strong under pressure.
