1. Job Responsibilities
1. Focus on designated industries (such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals, new energy, and other cutting-edge technology sectors), conduct industry chain research, policy interpretation, and data tracking, build industry analysis frameworks, and write in-depth research reports; identify potential investment targets, complete fundamental analysis, valuation modeling, and investment value assessment.
2. Focus on analyzing the underlying logic of primary and secondary markets, breaking down the structure and principles of capital market operations.
3. Based on macro environment analysis and dynamic interpretation, pay attention to industry frontiers, emerging technologies, and investment trends, explore innovative research methods; interpret cutting-edge political news and related policies to assist decision-making; participate in internal discussions within the investment research team, share research findings, and provide suggestions for optimizing investment strategies.
2. Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in economics and management, quantitative analysis, or engineering and technology fields, with a strong interest in investment research; candidates with a multidisciplinary background will be favored.
2. Possess independent research capabilities, able to quickly understand industry logic and form personal analytical judgments; candidates with market investment experience and relevant industry research internship experience (such as in brokerage research institutes, fund companies, PE/VC, etc.) will be preferred.
3. Master basic investment research logic, and familiarity with core skills such as financial statement analysis and valuation modeling will be preferred.
4. Have experience or learning ability in data processing, proficient in using Excel (VBA / Pivot Tables), financial terminals like Wind/Bloomberg/Tonghuashun iFinD, and knowledge of Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools will be a plus.
5. Possess excellent logical thinking, written expression, and communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently complete team collaboration tasks.
