Job Description:
- Responsible for online expansion of KOLs, agencies, and core communities in the cryptocurrency sector within the target market, establishing and maintaining long-term, stable partnerships.
- Build industry connections to facilitate the rapid implementation of business cooperation plans, effectively increasing the platform's new active user count and contract trading volume.
- Communicate and negotiate cooperation terms, develop reasonable business cooperation plans based on the platform's cooperation mechanisms (such as commission systems), and promote the signing of agreements.
- Regularly track and analyze the performance data of cooperation channels (such as registrations, deposits, and trading volume), evaluate cooperation effectiveness, and optimize subsequent channel expansion strategies accordingly.
- Maintain close communication with internal marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure the efficient execution and resource implementation of various business cooperation projects.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years of business development (BD) and B2B sales experience in the cryptocurrency, financial derivatives, or related fields.
- Possess a mature industry network, bringing potential KOLs, agents, or community cooperation resources, and able to provide past successful cooperation cases or relevant data support during the interview stage.
- Familiar with the business logic of cryptocurrency contract trading, with a deep understanding of mainstream business cooperation models and channel development trends in the Web3 market.
- Excellent business negotiation skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong goal-oriented mindset, capable of independently advancing complex cooperation projects.
- Good written and spoken English skills, able to use it as a working language for cross-border business communication.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and remote working environment, with a high sense of responsibility; primarily focused on online business development, and able to accept occasional business trips based on actual business needs.
