Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and design of financial innovation products in the field of crypto assets, promoting product innovation and business growth around trading, assets, returns, and risk protection.
2. Conduct in-depth research on trading mechanisms, asset models, risk control, clearing logic, and strategy algorithms, outputting product solutions and business rule designs.
3. Track industry and leading trading platform innovation trends, exploring innovative financial business forms including yield products, insurance mechanisms, asset management, strategy tools, and institutional services.
4. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of financial innovation projects, collaborating with R&D, design, operations, risk control, and other teams to ensure high-quality project implementation.
5. Support institutional clients' related business needs, provide product solutions and business support, continuously enhancing the platform's financial service capabilities and user asset efficiency.
6. Continuously optimize product experience, system stability, and core business metrics, driving improvements in product competitiveness.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in internet finance, exchanges, or financial technology products, experience in the cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with the digital asset trading system, with a strong understanding of contract matching, leverage mechanisms, asset models, and risk control.
3. Maintain sensitivity to financial innovation directions in the crypto industry, understanding business forms such as CeFi / DeFi, yield products, insurance mechanisms, and strategy trading.
4. Possess strong product design, business abstraction, and project advancement capabilities, able to independently complete complex business rule designs. Have good cross-team collaboration skills and data analysis abilities, with institutional business or quantitative-related experience preferred.
