Position Title: Web3 HRBP (Recruitment Focus · With BD Resources)
II. Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery (Core KPI)
• Independently responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the above positions: Mapping → Outreach → Interview Coordination → Offer Negotiation → Onboarding
• Build and maintain a vertical talent pool in Web3, continuously nurturing relationships with passive candidates
• Develop differentiated attraction strategies (Token package design, remote policies, project prospect packaging)
2. BD Resource Integration
• Bring your own Listing BD resources: Candidates must have direct contacts with mainstream exchange listing teams to accelerate the project listing process
• Bring your own contract/agreement BD resources: Able to assist in connecting with public chain foundations, cross-chain protocols, liquidity providers, and other key partners
• Participate in industry events (Token2049, Devcon, hackathons, etc.), simultaneously completing talent mapping and business outreach
3. Basic HRBP Functions (Lightweight)
• Collaborate with the team to build a performance evaluation mechanism
• Handle basic HR matters such as onboarding compliance and contract signing
• Maintain communication rhythm and cultural atmosphere for remote teams

III. Requirements
Hard Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in the Web3/Crypto industry, with successful delivery cases for key positions such as contract leads and Listing BD
• Bring your own BD resource pool: Must have core connections with exchange listing teams, public chain BD, institutional investors, etc., and be able to demonstrate substantial collaborations facilitated through these resources
• Deep understanding of Web3 job profiles, able to comprehend technical stacks (Solidity/Rust/Move), and engage in professional conversations with technical candidates
Skill Requirements:
• Head-hunter level mapping skills and cold outreach techniques
• Fluent in English (essential for interviewing overseas candidates)
• Results-oriented, accepting recruitment data assessments (monthly interview volume, offer acceptance rate, onboarding cycle)
Preferred Qualifications:
• A Crypto native, with holdings in your wallet, and regularly engaging with CT (Crypto Twitter)
• Experience transitioning from in-house recruiter to HRBP
