Job description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding ecological projects, discovering and introducing high-quality Web3 projects, development teams, infrastructure projects, and ecological partners, establishing a regional project resource network.
2. Responsible for project cooperation negotiations and onboarding promotion, completing the full process management from project contact, business communication, cooperation signing to formal onboarding into the ecosystem.
3. Responsible for business follow-up during the project incubation process, collaborating with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to promote the project to complete MVP development, ecosystem access, and phased goal delivery.
4. Responsible for ecological resource integration and empowerment, coordinating technical support, market promotion, developer community, investment and financing, and partner resources according to the project's development stage to enhance project growth efficiency.
5. Responsible for building regional ecological partner relationships, expanding and maintaining relationships with VCs, incubators, developer communities, media, KOLs, and industry partners to establish stable project sourcing channels.
6. Continuously track industry development trends, key track dynamics, and competitive ecological layouts, discover potential cooperation opportunities, and optimize ecological expansion strategies.
7. Responsible for maintaining the project database and tracking system, regularly outputting project progress, cooperation status, and ecological development analysis reports.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry, experience in public chain ecology, exchange ecology, VC, incubators, or project growth is preferred.
2. Excellent business development and resource integration capabilities, able to independently develop partners and promote cooperation implementation.
3. Strong project ecological cooperation ability, able to assess the compatibility of projects with public chains from multiple dimensions.
4. Project management and cross-team collaboration abilities, able to coordinate internal resources and promote projects to achieve various stage goals.
5. Preference for those with ecological resources from project parties, VCs, incubators, developer communities, media, KOLs, or exchanges.
6. Good data analysis and documentation output capabilities, able to independently complete project evaluation reports, cooperation plans, and business reporting materials.
7. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to independently connect with overseas project parties and partners.
Bonus Points
1. Experience in public chain ecology, ecological funds, Web3 accelerators, exchange Launchpads, or VC-related work.
2. Participation in or leading the incubation, financing, launch, or growth process of Web3 projects from 0 to 1.
3. Familiarity with mainstream ecosystems such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Sui, Aptos, etc.
4. Possession of mature project resources, regional ecological resources, or successful cooperation cases.
