Product Manager

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, design, and optimization of payment and trading products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable financial products, drive product innovation, and create an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the planning, design, and continuous iteration of financial payment and exchange-related products. 2. Complete product solutions and business process design around core capabilities such as accounting, payment, wallet, and trading. 3. Responsible for outputting requirement analysis, product documentation, prototype design, and acceptance criteria. 4. Coordinate project plans, schedules, resources, risks, and delivery quality to ensure products go live as planned. 5. Coordinate business, technical, design, testing, operations, risk control, and compliance teams to promote cross-team collaboration. 6. Continuously monitor market, user, and business feedback to optimize product experience and operational efficiency. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in FinTech or internet products. 2. Experience in both financial payment products and exchange products. 3. Good accounting skills, understanding the basic logic of accounts, bookkeeping, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation. 4. Good payment skills, understanding payment collection, payment channels, and related business processes. 5. Good wallet skills, understanding core functions such as account balance, recharge, withdrawal, transfer, and asset management. 6. Understanding the basic product architecture of exchanges and spot trading processes. 7. Complete project management capabilities, with experience in promoting and delivering cross-team projects. 8. Good product judgment, logical analysis, documentation output, and communication coordination skills.
