Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion: Responsible for business development in the region (CIS/Europe/Vietnam), identifying potential partners and community resources;
2. Community Maintenance: Establish connections with local Web3 communities, assist in promoting brand awareness and user growth;
3. Collaboration Support: Assist in connecting project parties, partners, and media resources to ensure smooth progress of collaborative projects;
4. Industry Research: Track the development trends of the Web3 industry in the region, organize and analyze market information, and propose strategic recommendations;
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Maintain close communication with other team members and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Candidates from domestic universities, in their senior year or within two years of graduation;
2. Interest Direction: Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, etc., with relevant knowledge or practical experience preferred;
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills, good at communicating with others, and possessing strong cross-cultural communication abilities;
4. Learning Ability: Highly self-motivated, able to quickly adapt to new fields and propose feasible solutions;
5. Work Arrangement: Strong time management skills, able to efficiently complete tasks in a remote work environment.
