Job Responsibilities
Project Management and Delivery
Responsible for the full process management of multilingual requirements (requirement assessment → scheduling → execution → delivery → review)
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of various content (product copy, event pages, Push, configuration copy, etc.)
Manage multilingual priorities and resource allocation (P0–P3)
Cross-team Collaboration
Efficiently collaborate with product, operations, development, design, testing, and other teams
Clarify the scope of requirements to reduce repeated communication and rework
Promote problem closure to ensure launch quality
Localization Quality and Process Optimization
Participate in the formulation and optimization of localization processes and standards (translation, QA, launch process)
Follow up on internationalization testing issues to ensure multilingual quality
Promote the reduction of online language issues and rework costs
AI and Efficiency Improvement
Promote the application of AI in translation, copy generation, QA, and other aspects
Continuously optimize delivery efficiency (TAT) and reduce labor costs
Participate in content governance and automation capability building
Data and Review
Track delivery efficiency and quality metrics (such as delivery cycle, issue rate, etc.)
Regularly review project issues and promote improvements
Support business analysis and optimization of multilingual effects
Requirements
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as a working language
More than 2 years of project management / localization / internet-related experience
Familiar with multilingual project processes, experience with CAT Tool / TMS / CMS is preferred
Ability Requirements
Excellent project promotion ability: able to drive implementation in complex, multi-party projects
Good communication and coordination skills: able to clearly express requirements and promote cross-team collaboration
Strong sense of responsibility and execution: able to respond quickly to urgent needs
Structured thinking: able to sort out processes, break down problems, and continuously optimize
Bonus Points (Very Important)
Experience using or implementing AI tools (such as LLM, translation engines)
Experience with internationalization (i18n) or multilingual products
Experience in the crypto industry / finance / overseas products
Experience in automation process or tool construction
