Please note that this position requires overseas game publishing experience. Now we are looking for an open-minded, forward-looking, and self-motivated Publishing Manager. The ideal candidates shall have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or community building in the gaming business, ideally for the overseas market.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills. You should be able to arrange top-down planning on actions and glean insights from complex sets of information to communicate with related stakeholders in a clear and effective way.
- Strong execution skills and adherence to agreed timetables, with exceptional organizational, budgetary, and time-management skills.
- Great empathy and communication skills, with the ability to capture emotional signals from the community and organize timely response actions.
- Experience in a start-up environment, helping to build out a performance marketing program under tight schedules.
- Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions to various situations.
Responsibilities:
- Based on our target audience profile, set clear and actionable goals for marketing strategy and community building. Design and execute feasible user acquisition actions to help grow and engage the community.
- Work with potential publishing partners around the world to find suitable publishers to assist us with our publishing efforts.
- Run customer acquisition campaigns for both our self-developed titles and other third-party publishing titles.
- Design marketing and monetization campaigns for both our self-developed titles and other third-party publishing titles.
- Help address players’ needs and provide feedback to game developers to ensure high player satisfaction and strong game retention.
