Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Possess relevant platform operation experience, responsible for coordinating related departments on a daily basis, executing new asset launches according to company standards and regulations, ensuring orderly and stable operations for all asset launch steps.
2️⃣ Have a certain reserve of on-chain information and asset knowledge, monitor and synchronize data and strategies from competitors, stay updated on competitor launch information and latest developments, regularly organize and compile reporting materials, and prepare reports periodically.
3️⃣ Monitor the entire cryptocurrency market trends and public sentiment daily, keep up with industry trends, and timely synchronize positive and negative information, including but not limited to: comprehensive data from core data websites, important communities, social media, competitor platforms, major deployments from related companies, and significant industry information sectors.
4️⃣ Master the department's asset selection criteria, conduct in-depth data and multidimensional analysis for projects entering the selection process, and form comprehensive conclusion analyses based on historical data and experience.
5️⃣ Handle daily cross-departmental communication and coordination of various matters, including launch activity notifications, inter-departmental notices, and communication coordination with all relevant business departments.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Familiar with the blockchain industry, with prior work experience in the blockchain sector preferred.
2️⃣ Strong operational and data analysis capabilities, with knowledge of most blockchain projects and in-depth understanding of DEX.
3️⃣ Bachelor's degree in data analysis, computer science, or other related fields preferred; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus.
4️⃣ Effective communication skills, self-motivation, and good work ethics.
5️⃣ Strong expression and interpersonal skills, able to withstand high pressure and fast-paced work environments.
