Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion and Revenue Growth
- Responsible for promoting CR's media services (such as data analysis, brand exposure, advertising cooperation, etc.), directly generating revenue for the company.
- Develop and execute BD strategies to expand potential clients (such as exchanges, project parties, investment institutions, KOLs, etc.) and achieve commercial cooperation.
- Design and optimize cooperation models (such as advertising placement, sponsorship, joint marketing, etc.) to improve the company's profitability and market share.
2. Industry Events and Brand Exposure
- Represent the company at global blockchain industry conferences, summits, AMAs, and other events to enhance the company's brand influence.
- Establish and maintain a network of relationships with key industry figures (KOLs, project founders, exchange executives, etc.) to promote long-term cooperation.
3. Partner Ecosystem Development
- Expand cooperation with Web3 media, data platforms, communities, KOLs, etc., to build a stable BD resource pool.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities (such as airdrops, AMAs, joint reports, etc.) to expand the user base and brand awareness.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization
- Continuously track industry trends, analyze competitor dynamics, and adjust BD strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collect customer feedback and assist the product team in optimizing media services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Industry Experience
- Over 2 years of BD, business cooperation, or marketing experience in the Web3/blockchain industry, familiar with media, data services, or exchange ecosystems.
- Proven successful commercial cooperation cases (such as advertising sales, brand partnerships, resource integration, etc.).
2. Resources and Social Skills
- Possess rich industry resources (project parties, exchanges, KOLs, communities, etc.) and excel at quickly establishing cooperative relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of independently driving cooperation to fruition.
3. Language and Execution Skills
- Fluent in English (able to interface with international clients), with outstanding presentation and proposal abilities.
- Results-oriented, able to adapt to high-intensity work, and skilled in multitasking.
