Job Description:
- Manage and maintain existing KOL channels in Hong Kong to promote stable growth;
- Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely manner to maintain good cooperative relationships;
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of channel promotion activities, including online and offline events;
- Coordinate internal team resources to support the smooth operation of channels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields;
- Must have operational experience in exchanges in Hong Kong or Mandarin-speaking regions;
- Possess good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive project progress;
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, proficient in using Excel functions and other tools;
- Good English proficiency, able to communicate without barriers.
