Job description
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Over 2 years of experience in community or user operations in the Web3/cryptocurrency industry, with a complete case of successfully operating a Southeast Asian Web3 user community;
2️⃣ Familiar with the crypto policy environment, user behavior preferences, and mainstream community platform ecosystem in major Southeast Asian countries;
3️⃣ Ability to use English as a working language, proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian local language is a plus (customer service role);
4️⃣ In-depth usage and understanding of Web3 products such as DeFi, CEX, wallets, and NFTs;
5️⃣ Strong execution ability, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to drive projects in resource-limited environments.
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Resources of KOL/KOC or a network of local community organizers;
2️⃣ Experience in cold-starting Web3 projects or expanding regional markets from 0 to 1;
3️⃣ Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and the ability to drive operational decisions through data.
