[Job Responsibilities]
1. Proficient in using AI tools, responsible for account planning, content creation, daily operations, event planning, etc. on mainstream overseas SNS platforms such as X, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, conducting in-depth market research to explore and develop new promotion methods.
2. Customize differentiated content strategies based on product characteristics, target audience, and channel characteristics to enhance content exposure and interaction rates.
3. Respond to comments/direct messages in a timely manner, proactively initiate topic interactions, cultivate fan circles, and expand resource exchanges and joint promotion collaborations with KOLs and fans.
4. Regularly review core metrics (exposure, interaction rate, traffic conversion, fan demographics, etc.) of each SNS platform and provide optimization suggestions, collaborating with the technical team for AI tool optimization.
5. Pay attention to emerging content formats on platforms, maintain strategic foresight, and provide user insights for product development.
6. Passionate about AI, able to keep up with the latest AI news in real-time and proficient in using the latest AI tools.
[Requirements]
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited.
2. 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with operational experience or experience in managing personal media accounts; outstanding fresh graduates can be considered.
3. Practical experience using OpenClaw, Claude, or Codex, with a passion for AIGC creation methods; experience in AI video production is a plus.
4. Enthusiastic about AI operations, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, data-sensitive, goal-oriented, and possesses excellent logical thinking and communication collaboration skills.
